For the price we paid, we got great value at Sanpi Milano. The room was clean, well-lit, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and the fashion district. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved.

The location is convenient...the best shopping is just a 15 min walk through a nice park, and the metro is a few blocks away. The breakfast was very substantial and had good service. The front desk was generally helpful, unfortunately one person ruined it all. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

the drain in the shower left water standing. I informed the front desk on my way out that it simply needed some draino. I came back hrs later to find someone had worked on the drain but not finished the job-- there was hair and grit pulled together on the floor of the shower. I went back downstairs and let the desk know. There were no appologies or sense of concern. I left and on the way back in asked if it was taken care of. The man at the desk (as if I had bothered him) coldly told me his collegue had taken care of it. When I checked out with the same man, there was once again no apologies.... I asked if there was anything he could do for my inconvenience, and he said, "it's not like you had to sleep in it".
